Terrell Anderson Sr. Owner/President, Anderson Air Conditioning & Heating
Terrell Anderson Sr. is the proud owner and founder of Anderson Air Conditioning and Heating. With over a decade of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry, Terrell combines technical expertise with a passion for helping others stay comfortable year-round. Known for his professionalism, integrity, and dedication to excellence, Terrell built Anderson Air Conditioning and Heating on the values of reliability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
As a leader, Terrell ensures that every service—whether installation, maintenance, or repair—is performed with precision and care. His mission is to provide homes and businesses with tailored HVAC solutions, making comfort affordable and accessible to all. When he’s not working, Terrell enjoys spending time with his family and giving back to the community, embodying the same values he brings to his business every day.
After attending Fortis College & Career Institute, Jason has working on mastering his craft in the HVAC Industry for 10 years & thrives on furthering his education any chance he gets. Being extremely knowledgeable in the HVAC field allows Jason to work closely with Mr. Anderson to coordinate and oversee a lot of our new installs. With his many years of experience, Jason is responsible for training all of Anderson’s new hires. Occasionally, you will catch Jason out performing routine maintenance for his “regulars”. Jason is the ultimate diagnostic specialist!

Matthew relocated from New York to Virginia in 2015 where he furthered his education at Fortis College & Career Institute and has been working in the HVAC Industry for 4 years and has been a proud Anderson team member for 3 years! Matthew is a top notch, diagnostic specialist, and excels at leak detecting.

Steve attended Fortis College & Career Institute and has been an Anderson team member for 1 year. You will find Steve assisting with installations or repairs, performing preventive maintenance or working alongside another team member to further his HVAC knowledge.

Isaac attended Fortis College & Career Institute, and has been working in the HVAC industry for 7 years. Isaac has been a proud Anderson team member for 2 years. You will find Isaac performing a wide array of duties from assisting with installs, performing routine maintenance or diagnostic services.

Stefanie brings to the table many years of customer service and administrative experience.
